This kitchen and keeping room area were inspired by the view outside the home. Combining these sage green cabinets, with a marble “leafy” backsplash and jawdropping quartzite countertops creates an earthy, calming aesthetic in the kitchen while maximizing storage space and functionality.
In the keeping room, we designed a custom “Lego” table and display shelving. To distinguish this room from the kitchen - but in keeping it cohesive - pale gray, slab front cabinets and butcher block were used. But a bold, leafy wallpaper brings both spaces together seamlessly.
The laundry room also was refreshed with new paint and custom shelving.
Shifting the refrigerator over opened up that wall and allowed for a full size pantry cabinet with pullouts.
This custom built open shelving took advantage of every square inch of space.
The white oak floors were restored from their previous “orange” 1990s vibe into their natural, stunning state.
