This home received a major overhaul. The renovation began with removing structural walls on both sides of the old kitchen and a step up into the kitchen. From there, this transformation really took shape. Embodying classic elements with a twist, the kitchen features taupe colored shaker cabinets, a statement range hood, high end appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops and gold accents. The island is comprised of a bold blue cabinet color and wrapped in shiplap. The former dining room became a fun wine room incorporating the same blue cabinets from the kitchen, gorgeous backsplash and fun chairs. The piece de resistance is a wallpapered panel on the ceiling which frames out the sunburst chandelier to perfection. The sliding door from the enclosed patio into this room was also removed and full width folding doors were installed making this room truly an indoor/outdoor experience. And white oak hardwood floors completed the space.
